Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Site layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling various areas of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
